has been Peter Taranto and Alex Pupovac.

• Peter Taranto has been involved in residential real
estate for 27 years and is presently a co-owner and
managing director of Peter Taranto Real Estate with
a staff of 20 people. The principal focus of the office
is residential sales and property management with
a strong bias to residential project marketing. Peter
Taranto Real Estate is a highly successful project
marketing agent in the Illawarra district. Peter also has
extensive experience as a developer over the past 16
years being involved in many of Wollongong’s landmark
developments, both in North Wollongong and the
northern suburbs of Wollongong.

• Alex Pupovac has been involved in constructing
residential apartments for 18 years. Alex Pupovac is the
sole director of Pupovac Constructions Pty Ltd, which
employs 22 staff to enable the company to construct
high quality commercial and residential projects
throughout the Illawarra region. The company has a
focus on providing high quality residential dwellings with
a commitment to providing ongoing maintenance of
the completed product. Alex Pupovac has individually
and in partnership with Peter Taranto, developed many
residential projects in the North Wollongong area.

Together, Peter and Alex have over 34 years of
experience developing real estate and have been
involved in shaping the North Wollongong skyline with
